1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use ThreexFans. By accessing the platform you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account and all activity on it. You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.

3. Creator Content

Creators retain ownership of their content. By uploading, you grant ThreexFans a worldwide license to host, display and distribute that content to authorized users.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled. Pay-per-view and tip payments are final. Creators receive 80% of net revenue.

5. Prohibited Content

Non-consensual content, minors, illegal activity, threats, doxxing, hate speech and impersonation are strictly forbidden and will result in immediate termination.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Content Policy.

7. Liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranty. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
